The proposed development will comprise 6 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed and 12 x 3 bedroom units which will extend to 26,961 sq.ft. (NIA) in total and 1 commercial unit which will extend to 882 sq.ft. (NIA) in total.

The planning consent will be subject to a Section 106 Agreement obligating for 4 apartment units to be designated as London Affordable Rent, alongside financial contributions totalling
approximately £165,000. A CIL of circa £480,000 is also applicable.

As part of the S106 Agreement a future Affordable Housing Contribution is calculated via a late stage viability reassessment once 75% of the units have been sold.
