All of the units are for private sale however, the planning consent is subject to a Section 106 Agreement which obligates for financial contributions of £30,000 towards Highways. The section 106 does not include any future viability reviews within it.

A CIL liability of circa £63,000 is also payable.

Now that the principle of residential redevelopment has been established, there is potential to amend the unit type to houses or increase the density of units subject to obtaining the necessary consents.
