We Need More Offices!
Despite the uncertainty in the market which has come about following the EU referendum, we have an on-going requirement for office premises across the South of England which offer potential for conversion under Permitted Development Rights.
Since the vote on 23rd June, we have successfully exchanged contracts on 3 deals, all at pre-Brexit values, and although our clients are mindful of market conditions changing, the underlying supply and demand factors which drive the housing market are continuing to take precedence in decision making.
Since legislation was introduced, we have managed the acquisition and disposal of buildings which will provide over 1500 new homes across the South East under Permitted Development Rights.
