Thumbs Up for Two South-London Schemes
This month saw the approval of two separate planning applications coordinated by our Project Management team, both for the redevelopment of redundant Pubs which we had acquired unconditionally for clients, on sites capable of accommodating mixed-use schemes.
The former Duke of York on Larkhall Rise, Clapham will soon become 14 new apartments, whilst the former Albion on Woolwich Road, Greenwich will become 40 new apartments in a 13-storey building. Both schemes will have replacement commercial space at ground floor level.
Both schemes were well-received by respective planning committees, and our work will now shift to the delivery of these projects, both of which are set to come on line early in 2017.
