Sites Acquired in Hounslow & Harlow
We continue to experience success in the acquisition of development sites without planning consent, where our clients are expecting that planning approvals will coincide with further market stabilisation.
Two such acquisitions were concluded in November 2020:
- The former Ford car sales site on London Road in Hounslow, which is identified as a gateway site to the town centre, will make way for circa 70 new homes in a £27m project.
- A former community centre adjacent to the Princess Alexandra hospital in Harlow, which will provide around 150 new homes in a £35m project.
Both of these sites were sourced and acquired off-market, on an unconditional basis, demonstrating the underlying confidence in the residential market by our developer clients.
