Three weeks into the reopening of the housing market in England, we are continuing to see a steady increase in activity and a strong desire from our clients to get back to trading within this new economic environment.
Whilst our positive experience of increased remote working will be adopted as part our working practices going forward, our team are excited to be back working from our HQ. The office environment is invaluable for the sharing of ideas and skills sets, plus creating an enterprising atmosphere which drives our projects forward.
We continue to experience success in the acquisition of developments sites without planning consent, both unconditionally and on a S.T.P.P. basis, where our clients are expecting that the grant of planning consents will coincide with further market recovery.
