Addlestone Acquisition Completed
Since the introduction of Permitted Development Rights (PDR) allowing the change of use from offices to residential, Kingsbury have become market leaders in the acquisition, sale and management of PD schemes, and have already completed sales for in excess of 3,000 units across the UK.
Our latest success is the off-market acquisition of Krome House, Addlestone KT15, a 22,000sq.ft. office with permitted development rights for conversion to 40 apartments. Acting for overseas buyers, we enabled contracts to be quickly exchanged at a price of £4,500,000 and the sale completed in April 2020.
