474 New Homes for Alperton
Following our initial land assembly of this key regeneration site within the London Borough of Brent, planning permission has now been approved for the development of 474 new homes plus retail, leisure and business space.
Formally accommodating a Public House, industrial space and a 1960’s office block, this 2 acre site was identified within the Local Authority’s plan as site for high density development; a policy which was supported by the GLA.
Kingsbury managed the acquisition of various interests and the subsequent sale on behalf of Regent Land and London & Cambridge to joint venture partners Redrow and Peabody, who paid in excess of £40,000,000 for the site. The first phase comprising 123 apartments in a 22-storey tower is now underway, with subsequent phases to come forward in 2020.
