Sale of Alperton Regen Site Completed

Being able to draw upon our full range of planning, development and investment expertise enables us to co-ordinate complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.

This 2-acre site within the London Borough of Brent accommodating a Public House, industrial units and a multi-let 1960’s office block, was identified within the Local Authority’s plan as site for high density development; a policy which was supported by the GLA.

Following our assembly of the various interests which included several freeholders, leaseholders and occupational tenants, a pre-application process was undertaken with the Local Authority and GLA to establish support for the detailed design of this key regeneration scheme. A sale was subsequently agreed to joint venture partners Redrow and Peabody who took the planning process forward and obtained permission for the development of 474 new homes plus retail, leisure and business space.

The final phase of the land transaction completed in April 2020 resulting in a total sale price of £41,400,000 and will be developed to provide much needed housing for the area, along with a new Pub which is pre-let to Heineken and an array of business and retail space.
