Following our initial identification and acquisition of this 0.5 acre site on Beulah Hill SE19 on behalf of clients Regent Land & Developments, we assisted in obtaining planning permission for the redevelopment of the site with 30 apartments and 3 houses which will take the place of the 2 detached houses which occupied the site.

Having recognised that the site offered best value to a Registered Provider, a sale was concluded to Moat Homes, with Regent and their contractor now being tasked with delivering the scheme.

Both the original acquisition and the subsequent sale with planning consent were concluded off-market, where our specialist knowledge of the Affordable Housing sector enables us to source and deliver schemes which fulfill the requirements of RP’s and maximise value for the land owner.
