The planning consent is subject to a Section 106 Agreement which obligates for 11 apartments to be provided as shared ownership and 4 apartments to be provided for Discount Market Sale
(DMS), along with financial contributions totalling £188,624. A CIL liability of circa £116,049.96 is applicable.

A minor-material amendment (Section 73) has subsequently been approved allowing a reduction of the basement space to 4,025 sq.ft. GIA in order to lower construction costs.
