We have an on-going requirement for office premises across the South of England which offer potential for conversion under Permitted Development Rights.
Of particular interest are offices which are either vacant or have unexpired leases of up to 5 years, in towns throughout the Home Counties and further afield.
Since legislation was introduced, we have managed the acquisition and disposal of buildings which will provide over 2000 new homes across the South East under Permitted Development Rights.
