On behalf of clients Grainger PLC we were appointed to manage the disposal of a site with planning permission for 9 houses and apartments within a highly sought after location in Hackney.

The site, which was surplus land within a larger estate owned by Grainger, required careful consideration in terms of construction so as to cause minimal disruption to existing Tenants. In order to achieve this, we produced a development strategy brief which accompanied our disposal pack.

Our pro-active open marketing approach delivered over 20 offers from a range of developers, and a sale price in excess of our £2,000,000 guide price was achieved, with Hertfordshire based Beverley Homes proving the successful party.
